The TEREZIN DECLARATION of JUNE 2009, which harmonizes with Art. 2, Art 3. Art. 6 and Art. 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights With Protocol Art. 1 The Protection of Property, the Norwegian Constitution's Chapter E on Human Rights, the Transparency Act and OECDs Guidelines on Responsible Business etc:
«2. Noting the importance of restituting communal and individual immovable property that belonged to the victims of the Holocaust (Shoah) and other victims of Nazi persecution, the Participating States urge that every effort be made to rectify the consequences of wrongful property seizures, such as confiscations, forced sales and sales under duress of property, which were part of the persecution of these innocent people and groups, the vast majority of whom died heirless”
A billion dollar empire has been returned to Jews - many decades later - due to wrongful property seizure. I demand the return of my properties, works of art, cultural goods, income and repairs for damages - currently estimated to 19 billion Norwegian Kroner - cf. The Terezin Declaration, ECHR with protocols, human rights convetions, EU report on cross-border restitution claims of works of art and cultural goods ..(2018), OECDs Guidelines on Responsible Business, the Transparency Act, "highest attainable health" etc. etc.
The irresposible actors need to return 19 Billion Norwegian Kroner - and the value of the repairs for damages continues to rise for every day that passes. It is in the Common Good of All that My Son's and My Rigths are Acknowledged, that my Home, Properties, Properties for Health, Wellness, "the Highest Attainable Health of All" are Returned and that Repairs for Damages are paid.
