"The 21 Day Pilates Challenge For Beginners" helps you develop your pilates practice. It includes advice on nutrition, body posture, how to avoid pains, release tension, destress, flexibility, somatics, how to keep your energy system open etc. The course combines well with "The 21 Day Taiji Challenge", "The 21 Day Yoga Challenge for Beginners" and "Your 6 Week Fitness Challenge". Courses for intermediate & advanced yoga practisioners will become available too. Starting soon! Your teacher, Jeannette, started practising yoga in 1994 and has trained pilates, various forms of yoga, taiji, meditation, feldenkrais, somatics, etc. She is among others also trained in Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, pain removal, different ways of diagnosis, anatomy, physiology, trauma therapy, holistic therapy, family therapy, BUQI, healing, auratransformation, rapid personal transformation etc.
