About
"My Yin Yoga Retreat (21 Days Plus)" helps you develop your yin yoga practice. It includes advice on nutrition, body posture, how to avoid pains, release tension, destress, flexibility, somatics, how to keep your energy system open etc. Whether the body/muscles should be cooler or warmer before a yin yoga practise, depends on the purpose of the yin yoga practise. From a psychological point-of-view, it is surely better to have the muscles cool. From a physical point-of-view, yin yoga will affect the muscles differently depending on how cold or warm the muscles are. More about that in the course. So depending on the purpose of your yin yoga practise, be aware if your muscles are cool or warm before starting your yin yoga session. Other somatic practises that are beneficial to you are "The 21 Day Yoga Challenge", "The 21 Day Taiji Challenge", "The 21 Day Pilates Challenge". "Your 6 Week Fitness Challenge" is another option. Courses for intermediate & advanced yin yoga practisioners will become available too. Starting soon! Your teacher, Jeannette, started practising yoga in 1994 and has trained various forms of yoga, taiji, meditation, pilates, feldenkrais, somatics, etc. She is among others also trained in Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, pain removal, different ways of diagnosis, anatomy, physiology, trauma therapy, holistic therapy, family therapy, BUQI, healing, auratransformation, rapid personal transformation etc.
